Lyons Falls Library Children's Programs   

 September through June the Lyons Falls Library offers monthly story hours for children, preschool through elementary. Story hours are on Saturdays at the library from 10am until 11am once a month.  Children will engage in games, craft activities, a story and a snack.  During the summer months, we offer the New York State Collaborative Summer Reading Program. This year the theme is"A Universe of Stories" Check our webpage for upcoming events at the library.

 -January Story Hour, Saturday, January 18th from10am until 11am. "Winter Birds"

- During winter break, on Thursday, February 20th, at 2pm the library will have an activity for the kids. Join us for school break fun!

Inqure at the Lyons Falls Library about the "Adirondack Experience Pass". Our library has purchased a membership for the Blue Mountain Museum for the season. The pass allows 4 adults, or 2 adults and any children under the age of 17, to visit the museaum and any events sponsored by the museum for half price. The pass is available to borrow from the library. We are asking a $10.00 deposit on the pass, which will be refunded with the return of the pass. New this year, the library has also purchased a membership for the Wild Center in Tupper Lake, NY. This pass is also available to be borrowed from the library with the $10.00 deposit. The Wild Center is open year round. Check it out at the library!
